  Not only did it take months for them to finally come out to fix my couch. Now that it is fixed, it is peeling and I can't get them to return my calls. So upset with the service and quality of this company. I suggest finding someone else to repair your stuff. I was obligated to use them due to a warranty but I will never use them again. RC Willey I suggest to find someone else to take care of your warranty issues.
